2010 Symposium Shows We Are On The Right Path!
Thanks so much to those of you who took time out of your weekend to join us at the second annual Halton Hills Cultural Symposium. We couldn't be happier with how the event turned out! The conversation, ideas and enthusiasm were certainly flowing and we have a great base of information to move forward with including new contacts and strategies for our 2010 projects.
The presentation materials have now been added to this website; please feel free to peruse them again and/or pass them on to others who may find them useful. Special thanks to all of our presenters, the Georgetown BIA for sponsoring Friday night's session, the dedicated assistance of the Cultural Centre's team, our local restaurant lunch hosts, our many sponsors, our case study groups and all of you who helped the event be such a success!
So... much accomplished and much still to be done. We will be following up with your volunteer offerings within the next few weeks; please keep in touch with us to keep the discussion alive and keep us moving on the right path to our collective community vision.
